Job summary

Investment Property Group is hiring a Community Manager for an all-ages manufactured housing community in Redmond, OR. The role includes on-site housing, Monday–Friday hours, and occasional weekends.

You will lead the on-site team, enforce community rules, and drive occupancy and financial performance. Applicants should have 1+ years managing a large manufactured housing or multifamily community, with strong people skills and experience in rent collection and delinquency management.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience managing a manufactured housing or multifamily community of 100+ units.
• Strong interpersonal skills with residents and team members.
• Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle conflict resolution, complaints, and provide high level of customer service.
• Experience with rent collection and delinquency management.
• Identify areas for improvement to boost efficiency and profitability.
• Deliver excellent customer service and engage with the community.

Responsibilities

• Represent IPG professionally at all times.
• Oversee operational integrity and support staff to meet financial and compliance goals.
• Enforce lease agreements, community rules, and regulations.
• Lead and motivate on-site staff; build relationships with residents, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Oversee application process for new move-ins.
• Manage on-site staff interviews, training, evaluations, and discipline.
• Meet resident concerns and grievance requests.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely reporting.
