Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, helping them grow academically, emotionally and socially.

The position starts with a nine days on duty, followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed Houseparent role.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth.
• Two-person role for married couples for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
