Gray Media is seeking a full-time Technical Media Producer for Hawaii News Now to direct live newscasts, manage Master Control, and monitor on-air signals. The role requires strong problem-solving, leadership, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Located in Honolulu, you will collaborate with news teams, handle live and pre-recorded content, and adapt to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication and people skills.
• Operates PCs and automation software.
• Prior television production and Master Control experience.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work any shift, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Code and direct live and pre-recorded newscasts and local programming.
• Run Master Control programming and ingest content.
• Monitor on-air signals, transmitter readings, and FCC duties.
