Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree in Electronics or IT required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience in Production Automation Technician, Director, Technical Director, Production Technician, or Master Control Technician.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS, iNews, and core industry broadcast software applications.

Responsibilities

• Operate Sony ELC Production Automation System, production switcher, audio console, and robotic cameras during live broadcasts.
• Collaborate with Producers and Technicians to build fast-paced, high-volume newscasts with reliable equipment.
• Perform studio duties and maintain floor readiness during live productions.
• Handle shifting priorities and late-breaking rundown changes in a high-demand market.
• Assist engineering and production teams during the move to the new site.
