Qualifications

• California Licensee or Certification Requirements/Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent.
• Ability to work late hours.
• Flexible schedule.
• Cash handling experience.
• Must be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques.
• Skill in interpersonal communication and teamwork.
• Physically able to pass a pour test and a mixology drill (timed).
• Ability to deal with intoxicated guests in a positive and safety minded manner.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in a natural, friendly demeanor
• Cultivate regular guests and repeat business
• Successfully complete a pour test prior to every shift
• Suggestively sell beverages and menu items to guests at the bar
• Deliver food items and beverage orders promptly
• Prioritize and organize drink orders
• Record any equipment failure and/or safety hazards in bar log
• Maintain HOB safety and sanitation standards
• Prepare guest checks and process payment according to Live Nation policy
• Maintain bartender bank and cash pull / check out procedures
• Occasionally work Special Events scheduled throughout the venue
