Job summary

Pike Electric LLC is seeking a Class B Lineman to construct and repair overhead distribution systems, both energized and de-energized. You may travel to out-of-state job sites as needed and report to the Foreman.

This role requires CDL, extensive overhead line experience, and hands-on work with bucket trucks and line equipment. Safety-focused work ethic and willingness to work flexible hours are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of overhead line experience required.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required.
• Willingness to travel long distances on short notice.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Construct, maintain and repair energized and de-energized overhead distribution systems.
• Install and repair power lines, poles, insulators and related hardware.
• Follow switching, tagging, grounding and voltage isolation procedures.
• Climb structures using approved methods and equipment.
• Operate bucket trucks, digger derricks and other line equipment safely.
• Work outages, storms, emergencies including on-call rotations.
