Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents to live on campus and care for a group of 8-13 students. This two-person role requires a married couple committed to student growth, with responsibilities including supervision, scheduling, devotions, and transportation planning.

Couples will follow a nine-on/three-off cycle, receive comprehensive benefits, paid training, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married for at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
