Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. The role involves living on campus, supervising 8–13 students, and guiding their academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, schedule management, administering medications, and coordinating activities. Relocation support, benefits, and paid training are included. Both spouses must apply individually.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Pet limitations: only fish and one dog of approved breeds.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning development and recreation.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
