The role follows a 9 days-on, 3 days-off schedule, with pathway to a Placed Houseparent position. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and a commitment to a smoke-free campus.

Qualifications

• This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Experience working or volunteering with youth.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning development and recreation.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, with budgeting oversight.
