Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on the Hershey, PA campus. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and care for a group of 8–13 students, providing supervision, mentorship, and structured, family-like support to help them thrive academically and socially.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, routines, devotions, and coordinating activities, with a career path toward a placed houseparent role.

Qualifications

• Two-person married couple required for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Coordinate household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Transport students to activities and lead developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and attend Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
