Job summary

Milton Hershey School (MHS) is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in student homes, supervising 8–13 students and shaping their academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, activity planning, devotions, budgeting, and ensuring student wellness. A two-year marriage and age 27+ per spouse are required; housing and meals are included as part of compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Couples must be legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
