Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking married couples to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervise 8–13 students, and support their academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, routines, administering medications, arranging activities, devotions, chapel, budgeting, and reporting. The two-spouse role requires at least two years of marriage and a commitment to a smoke-free campus.

Qualificações

• Two-person role for couples married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Able to lift to 50 lbs.
• Experience working or volunteering with youth.

Responsabilidades

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
