Job summary

Professional Care Match is seeking Live-In Caregivers and Traveling CNAs to support clients in MA/ME with dementia care, ADLs, and compassionate home health services. We offer live-in assignments with lodging/food while on duty, plus hourly shifts with competitive pay.

Traveling live-in pay starts at $1,203–$1,300 for 7 days; annual income potential for long-term assignments ranges from $60,000 to $64,000. Hourly shifts pay $19.50–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience and client plans.

Qualifications

• 2+ years professional experience as a Caregiver or in healthcare (CNA/HHA/PCA)
• Experience with dementia patients and hospice
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and use DME including hoyer lifts
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation (for hourly shifts)

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Monitor health and document changes in EHR
• Assist with transfers and mobility
• Plan and prepare meals and assist with dietary needs
• Support client with medication adherence and reporting
• Engage in enrichment activities to promote mental wellness
• Provide end-of-life and hospice support when needed
• Maintain safe living environment and complete light housekeeping
