Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Home Health Aide experience or similar role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• CNA license preferred, PSS license, and HHA license are valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, meal prep).
• Provide companionship and engage patients in activities and conversation.
• Monitor health and report changes to healthcare professionals.
