Job summary

Professional Care Match is seeking dedicated caregivers for Live-In and traveling assignments across Massachusetts and Maine. You will support clients in home settings, assisting with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and medication management while ensuring safety and dignity.

Qualifications

Must have professional caregiving experience (CNA/HHA/PCA) with 2+ years preferred.
Experience with dementia, hoyer lifts, and safe transfer techniques is required.
Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

Provide ADL assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
Monitor health and document changes using EHR systems.
Assist with transfers and use of DME (hoyer lifts).
Plan and prepare meals; assist with eating and hydration.
Monitor intake, output, and medication adherence as directed.
