Job summary

Professional Care Match is seeking a live-in caregiver in Massachusetts. The position pays $1,203–$1,300 weekly for 63 hours, with 40 hours at regular rate and 23 hours overtime. Annual income potential ranges from $60,000 to $64,000 with long-term commitment.

Responsibilities include ADL assistance, companionship, health monitoring, and adherence to care plans. Qualifications include 2+ years in home health, CNAs preferred, and valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• CNA license preferred; PSS and HHA licenses noted.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing and meals.
• Provide companionship and engage in activities and conversation with patients.
• Monitor health and report changes to healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow care plans as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.
