Job summary

The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree and at least five years of progressive leadership in student housing and residential life, with supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skill in residence life programming.
• Knowledge of laws and policies: Clery Act, FERPA, Title IX, ADA, Fair Housing.
• Ability to lead and manage staff, supervise represented employees in a union environment.
• Ability to plan, evaluate, and implement student programs and services.
• Ability to extract and communicate qualitative and quantitative data.
