Job summary

Cal Poly seeks a Coordinator of Student Development in Residence Life to oversee daily operations of residential neighborhoods and student leader teams. The role is full-time and live-in, with duties including supervising student leaders, advising inter housing councils, engaging residents, on-call/crisis support, and conduct adjudication.

Under the Director of Residence Life, the CSD fosters campus belonging, interprets policies, maintains confidentiality, and coordinates multiple deadlines

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills to coordinate multiple deadlines.
• Understanding of student development concepts and campus belonging.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of one or more residential neighborhoods.
• Supervise student leaders and advise inter housing councils.
