Cal Poly is seeking a Coordinator of Student Development in University Housing for a full-time, live-in role reporting to the Director of Residence Life. You will oversee daily operations of residential neighborhoods and student leader teams, including supervision and on-call/crisis support, plus conduct adjudication.

The department emphasizes excellence in administration, facilities, student learning, and community building, with a focus on belonging and engagement within a diverse campus

Competenze

• Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or university in behavioral sciences, public or business administration or a job-related field.
• Two years of professional experience in student services or related field; a master’s degree may substitute for one year of experience.

Mansioni

• Manage daily operations of one or more residential neighborhoods and student leader teams.
• Provide on-call/crisis support and student conduct adjudication.
