Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the NYU Tulsa residential facility programs and services.
• Directly supervise student Peer Mentors.
• Provide crisis intervention and assess problems for resolution or referral.
• Conduct investigations of alleged violations and hold meetings with participants.
• Handle assigned after-hours/weekend/holiday on-call duties on a rotating basis.
• Advise students and collaborate with NYU Tulsa staff to foster a living-learning community.
• Develop and implement residential learning programs and initiatives.
