Job summary

Capstone On-Campus Management is currently seeking a Residence Life Coordinator to oversee a 12-building, 340-resident community at campus housing in Auburn, WA. This live-in role focuses on student learning, safety, staff supervision, and program development to foster a diverse and engaging living environment.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and strong communication, organizational, and policy-interpretation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read policies and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead student staff supervision and training and manage large-scale programs.
• Support housing operations and assist with staffing planning.
• Coordinate orientation and welcome events for residents.
• Serve as on-site living supervisor and on-call rotation.
