Job summary

Franklin Pierce University invites applications for the Assistant Director of Residential Life & Community Standards, a full-time, 12-month, live-in position reporting to the Dean of Students. The role leads Residence Directors, oversees programming, and serves as Community Standards Hearing Officer to foster an inclusive, engaging housing environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Three to five years of related experience in residential life, student affairs, or campus programming.
• Experience supervising or developing student leaders and/or professional staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and assess residential programs that promote belonging and leadership.
• Supervise Residence Directors and lead the Resident Assistant program.
• Serve as Community Standards Hearing Officer and support on-call rotation.
• Collaborate with campus partners to support student engagement and success.
• Assess programs and use data to inform improvements.
