Job summary

You will liaise with Housing-Residence Life management and support campus community engagement during evenings and weekends.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), 1–2 years of relevant experience, and a willingness to pass a credit check.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must pass credit check before handling money.
• Evening availability required.
• One to two years of job-related experience.
• Live-in, 12-month position with responsibilities and potential committee assignments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate student staff in programming and services.
• Implement residential programs to promote safety, involvement, and community.
• Provide analysis of trends to support educational development plans.
• Advise Hall Council and oversee meetings, budgets, and executive boards.
• Support student judicial processes as a Hearing Officer.
• Serve on 24-hour Emergency/Crisis on-duty rotation.
• Maintain safe, functional buildings through walk-throughs and collaboration with facilities.
• Interpret and administer Residence Life policies to staff and residents.
• Maintain visibility and provide one-to-one contact, mediation, and referrals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
