Recovery Works Healing Center in Dayton, OH seeks a dependable Live-In Housing Manager to oversee a recovery housing program for adults and youth. This full-time, exempt role involves on-site residency, property operations, and resident supervision under the Director of Operations.

The ideal candidate is structured, compassionate, and compliant with housing regulations, HIPAA, and 42 CFR Part 2. Prior housing or medical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience in housing, medical, or office settings preferred.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.
• CPR/First Aid training.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect housing sites and address safety issues.
• Maintain safety documentation: inspections, audits, drills, and logs.
• Report housing needs to the Director of Operations.
• Uphold housing policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.
• Provide resident orientation and enforce housing rules.
• Facilitate recovery planning and conduct daily/weekly resident check-ins.
• Monitor relapse indicators and complete incident reports.
• Supervise non-licensed housing staff and ensure standards.
• Ensure HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 compliance in records.
• Provide safe transportation for residents and report vehicle concerns.
• Other duties as assigned.
