• Position prefers 2 years’ experience in on-site property management, tax credit experience also preferred; 1 year as Manager.
• Must have background in supervision and successful track record of accomplishments.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations to maximize occupancy and property value.
• Train and supervise on-site staff; schedule and assign tasks.
• Ensure leases and tax credit paperwork are complete and input into the system.
• Maintain property appearance and coordinate maintenance.
• Handle safety compliance and emergency response.
