Job summary

Fairgrove Property Management seeks an Onsite Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an 18-unit apartment community in Southern California. The role includes leasing, marketing, resident services, and turnover management with a professional, customer-focused approach.

The position is part-time (up to 8 hours per week) and requires living on site in a discounted studio. Compensation is $17.75 per hour, with housing provided onsite.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be willing to live onsite.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; AppFolio experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for residents and vendors.
• Respond to emergencies, including after-hours issues.
• Handle leasing, move-ins, move-outs, and renewals.
• Show available units and market vacancies.
• Maintain resident and property records in AppFolio.
• Coordinate inspections and unit turnovers.
• Keep property clean and perform light porter duties.
• Monitor vacancies, work orders, and vendor invoices.
