Cambridge Real Estate Services in Grass Valley, CA is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations including leasing, collections, resident relations, maintenance, and policy compliance. This full-time, Monday–Friday role requires onsite living.

You will supervise administrative, marketing and maintenance staff, coordinate vendors, monitor property condition, manage capital projects and resident payments.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Property Manager experience
• Strong understanding of property management and finances
• Yardi experience preferred
• Customer focus and bottom-line orientation
• Willing to participate in training
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Present a neat, professional appearance
