Job summary

Cambridge Real Estate Services in Portland, ME is seeking a full-time Property Manager to oversee daily operations including leasing, collections, resident relations, maintenance and policy compliance. The position requires on-site work at the site management office, with a 40-hour week Tuesday through Saturday.

You will supervise staff and vendors, monitor property condition, manage residents’ payment practices, and participate in training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of Property Manager experience.

• Yardi experience preferred.
