Job summary

Qualifications

• Broad experience in opera and/or performing arts management and fundraising.
• Demonstrated fundraising strategy development and execution.
• Experience supervising staff and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising campaigns and donor relations to meet targets.
• Oversee annual budget development and expense control.
• Manage staff and oversee day‑to‑day operations.
• Collaborate with artistic leadership and production teams.
• Engage with board development and community partners.
• Represent BOF at regional and national organizations.
