Job summary

Southwest Equity Partners is seeking a part-time on-site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at the property, lease activity, and resident relations. You will ensure budgeting, rent collection, and compliance while managing staff and maintaining curb appeal.

The role requires living on-site, flexibility for nights and weekends, and the ability to coordinate events and communicate clearly with residents and owners. An onsite apartment discount applies as part of compensation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience; multi-unit experience a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating rental activities.
• Proficient in property management software and office bookkeeping basics.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate in a busy, on-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the point-of-contact for all residents, handling leasing duties and rent processing.
• Maintain high occupancy and respond to maintenance and service requests.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and marketing strategies to meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Organize resident events and communicate effectively with residents.
