Urban Triage in Madison, WI, seeks an Emerging Adults Resident Mentor to support youth transitioning out of foster care. This live-in position offers a caring environment to help residents develop independent living skills and secure permanent housing.

The ideal candidate will be a role model, providing guidance on household management and personal conduct while ensuring adherence to Urban Triage's mission and values.

The role includes mentorship, administrative duties, and participating in compliance meetings, alongside a comprehensive set of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state-issued Driver's License.
