The ideal mentor is compassionate, dependable, and committed to fostering independence and healthy relationships.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to commit to at least six months, one year preferable.
• Strong understanding of confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive relationships with residents through mentorship.
• Guide residents in life skills and personal responsibility.
• Support a substance-free and alcohol-free living environment.
