Qualifications

• Experience with minor repairs including electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting.
• Excellent cleanliness and property upkeep.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site grounds and interior areas daily, including cleaning and upkeep of parking facilities.
• Address and close work orders.
• Oversee turnover of vacant units.
