Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents to reside in on-campus student homes and support 8–13 students. This unique role combines caregiving, mentorship, and supervision in a family-like setting.

Houseparents transition from nine-on/three-off shifts to a placed role with ongoing responsibility, while receiving comprehensive benefits and housing. A meaningful path for committed couples is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples who are married for at least two years.
• Must meet age and background requirements as specified by MHS.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for 8–13 students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in development and recreation.
• Lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel participation.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
