Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license or ability to become certified to drive student vans.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• Couple-based role requiring two legally married spouses for at least two years.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Chaperone and plan developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel services.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
