Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents: married couples living on campus to mentor 8–13 students. You will supervise daily routines, transport to activities, and support academic, emotional, and social development in a family-like environment.

Couples work a nine-on, three-off schedule, with a transition to a placed houseparent role. The package includes housing, meals during duty, and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
