Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples live in on-campus homes, supervising approx. 8–13 students and providing care, guidance, and a family-like setting.

The role includes daily routines, medications, transportation to activities, development planning, and leading devotions and Chapel. Start with nine days on, three off, then transition to a placed homeparent with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-year married couple requirement; both spouses 27+.
• High school diploma or GED required; valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and participate in on-campus life.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for a group of 8–13 students.
• Manage household routines, schedules, and student well-being.
• Administer medications and ensure student health needs.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental, recreational events.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany Sunday Chapel services.
