Milton Hershey School (MHS) seeks a married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. The role combines caregiving, supervision, and mentorship for a group of 8–13 students in a family-like home environment.

Couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses age 27 or older. Benefits include housing, meals, and comprehensive insurance as part of total compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for married couples (at least two years).
• Both spouses must be 27+ years old.
• No more than three dependent children in the home.
• No smoking, weapons on campus; no alcohol while on duty.
• Pet limits: fish and one dog of approved breeds.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
