The Beta Xi Chapter of Tri Delta at Stephen F. Austin State University is seeking a full-time, live-in House Director to manage the chapter house, employees, and dining operations while fostering a welcoming living environment for members.

The role emphasizes safety, regular reporting to chapter leadership, vendor coordination, and collaboration with Tri Delta’s Executive Office staff. Starting January 11, 2027, this on-site position offers housing and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, web-based applications and general computer skills.
• Ability to speak and read English.
• Willing to work extended/non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the house and report to supervisor weekly.
• Live-in and reside at the chapter house.
• Oversee dining operations and meal planning.
• Supervise house staff and coordinate payroll.
• Schedule safety inspections and maintain life-safety equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain property records and assist with budgeting.
