Job summary

The Zeta Chapter of Tri Delta at the University of Cincinnati seeks a part-time, live-in House Director to manage the chapter house and oversee staff and dining operations. You will work to create a premier living experience for Tri Delta’s collegiate members, ensuring safety and a welcoming environment while reporting weekly to leadership.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of related experience, strong Microsoft Office and communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in a supervisory or property management role.
• Ability to speak and read English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Live-in and reside overnight at the Tri Delta chapter house.
• Manage daily house operations and provide weekly reports to leadership.
• Oversee dining services, menu planning, purchasing and events.
• Supervise house staff and ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Maintain safety and compliance, inventory, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with vendors, local stakeholders and national staff.
