Job summary

BrightStar Care of Acton, Andover and Lowell is seeking experienced Certified Home Health Aides (HHA) for live-in / 24-hour shifts to provide one-on-one care in clients' homes. You will support daily living activities, monitor health signs, and collaborate with our clinical team to keep clients safe and comfortable.

Join a caring, professional team with ongoing training, flexible scheduling, and PPE provided. Massachusetts HHA certification and 1 year of home care experience required.

Qualifications

• Active HHA Certification in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in home care or similar settings.
• Ability to work live-in / 24-hour shifts with accommodations provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pass background check, drug screening, and provide references.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and skin care.
• Provide mobility assistance including transfers and repositioning.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed.
• Offer medication reminders and monitor vital signs.
• Maintain safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Follow care plans and communicate with supervising nurse.
• Maintain accurate care records.
