Job summary

Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences is seeking a Graduate Assistant to support operations of university-sponsored housing. This live-in, part-time role (20 hours/week) provides a unique opportunity for involvement in community development and student support, fostering an environment conducive to academic success.

The position also includes responsibilities related to training, selection, and resident engagement. Furnished on-campus housing and meal plans will be provided to the successful candidate.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a graduate program at MCPHS.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
• Experience in residential life or similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support operations of university-sponsored housing.
• Participate in professional staff team and assist with community oversight.
• Lead a special project throughout the academic year.
• Be available for on-call duty and respond to emergencies.
