Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents, living in on-campus student homes and guiding a group of 8–13 students. The role includes supervision, scheduling, and supporting students’ academic, emotional, and social development.

Initially, you’ll cover a nine-on, three-off cycle, later transitioning to a placed home with a consistent student group. Benefits include relocation assistance, paid training, and comprehensive coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple role with at least two years of marriage.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive and plan activities, and engage in developmental and recreational events.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
