Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support for 8-13 students, with schedules of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off.

The role transitions to a Placed Houseparent with ongoing responsibilities; benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement plans, relocation assistance, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-year-married couple required for the two-person role.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities and planning development and recreational activities with students
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
