Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking married couples to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples live in on-campus student homes, supervise and mentor 8-13 students, coordinate routines, transportation, and activities, and support student wellness.

The position requires a two-person team, both spouses 27+, a high school diploma or GED, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus. Housing, meals, benefits, and relocation assistance are included.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for married couples.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in devotions and chapel.
