Milton Hershey School is hiring full-time Flex Houseparents in Hershey, PA. This two-person role involves living in on-campus homes, supervising a group of 8-13 students, and creating a family-like, structured environment to support academic, emotional, and social development.

Couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be age 27 or older. Responsibilities include daily supervision, routine management, and driving students to activities, with a nine-on, three-off

Qualifications

• Must have experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Couples must be legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
