Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside on-campus in student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students living in the home.

Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, medications, driving to activities, leading devotions, and reporting on household operations. Both spouses must be 27+, with a HS diploma or GED and a two-year marriage.

Qualifikationen

• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to drive student vans.
• Commitment to on-campus residence and supporting student development.

Aufgaben

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental and recreational events.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
