Job summary

Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, is seeking a married couple to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents, living on campus and supervising 8–13 students in a home environment. This role supports academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, transportation, devotional leadership, and budgeting. The nine-on / three-off initial schedule leads to a placed home, with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth or in youth settings.
• Two-year married couple required.
• Both spouses age 27+ are preferred.
• On-campus housing and vehicle access are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and support student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan development/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
