Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks a married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus homes, supervising 8–13 students and guiding their academic, emotional, and social development. Key duties include daily supervision, managing routines, driving students to activities, leading devotions, and budgeting/house reporting.

The role begins with a nine-on, three-off schedule and may transition to a placed houseparent.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in development/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
