Job summary

Milton Hershey School seeks a Full-time Flex Houseparent couple to live on campus and care for 8-13 students in a home setting. Responsibilities include supervision, routines, medical oversight, and engagement in developmental activities.

The role begins with nine days on, then three off, with progression to a placed houseparent living with the same group. Excellent benefits, relocation support, and paid training are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver1s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and oversee student wellness.
